Spirit of Woman was founded in 2006 by business partners
and long-time friends, Saskia Clements and Katrina King.
Saskia owns Christchurch life coaching business ‘Exceptional Life’
and Katrina is an Auckland-based Marketing Manager for
a well-known New Zealand corporate.

Our vision for Spirit of Woman is to ‘re-energise the female spirit,
and develop confidence and self-expression in women by providing
them with an uplifting experience of fun, information and tools.’

We believe women today need to have more time for themselves
to have fun and be inspired - and Spirit of Woman aims to provide this!

The Christchurch workshops are the first phase of Spirit of Woman
and we plan to extend the network nationwide next year.
